Master Bath Remodel

In this project, we removed some closets and an old bathroom shower & tub kit to create a spacious and luxurious Master Bedroom Suite.

This new master bedroom / bathroom combo features an open floor plan that is restful,  romantic and inviting.

We added a Jacuzzi tub and a free-standing corner shower, a built-in wall shelf and sculptured glass, iridescent window which provides this space with a fabulous second story view!

Major Fire Damage

Never say Never!
This is a home that everyone said needed to be bulldozed. It was a three bedroom, one bath, two-story ranch home that  caught fire in the back right corner. The fire quickly burned a hole up through the first and second story, destroying the siding and exterior wall and created a 17 foot diameter hole right through the roof!   Compounding that issue, the fire department had to soaked the entire structure, inside and out to extinguished the blaze.

Seven years later, after rain, snow, ice, mildew, plants, trees and pitiful neglect, we came along, saw the house, bought it for land value, and said, "Hey, we can rebuild this". Which is exactly what we did! Not only that, but we updated it to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs, a 1/2 bath, computer nook and bamboo flooring downstairs.
